This role is for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Disney Japan. What you'd actually do

  1. The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, serves as a strategic leader for the Japan HR team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a combination of good level of overall functional HR knowledge and employment regulations, deep TA knowledge for the market (industry landscape, talent insights, market trending, best practice etc.), strong business acumen and skilled and personalized stakeholder mgmt.. experience to develop TA strategies that will attract the breadth of talent, internally and externally, required to drive business transformation and success.
  2. This position requires an individual that can assess market situations as well as identify and implement the appropriate hiring strategies/ solutions. Anticipating trends/ opportunities, making pro-active recommendations, being highly influential and connecting talented people with life changing opportunities with Disney.
  3. This position also participates on APAC TA leadership committees, sharing best practices, aligning efforts and providing support as needed for the regional HR/TA agenda.
  4. Develop, implement and integrate all TA related strategies, policies and programs
  5. Conduct Hiring manager training to ensure we deliver on the trust, quality and promise of the Disney brand to enhance the candidate experience that is unique Disney

Required

  • 10 + Years of recruitment experience in in-house or agency
  • General HR functional knowledge
