Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale SG&A recruiting efforts. This role involves strategic leadership, team and process management, executive partnership, full lifecycle ownership of strategic hires, market intelligence, data-driven optimization, and serving as a brand champion. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, demonstrated success in building and scaling recruiting functions, deep expertise in SG&A recruiting, and strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in defense tech or similar industries is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for assigned SG&A functions, aligning with overall business objectives and growth plans.
  2. Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and methodologies, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and an outstanding candidate experience. Lead or mentor other recruiters on complex searches and best practices.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to C-level and senior leaders, consulting on organizational design, workforce planning, talent forecasting, and market insights.
  4. Personally manage and close critical, complex, or leadership-level requisitions, providing expert full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer negotiation and close.
  5. Provide in-depth market intelligence, competitive landscape analysis, and compensation insights to inform strategic hiring decisions and talent planning.
