Senior Manager, Talent Operations

This role is for a Senior Manager, Talent Operations at Legora, an AI-native legal tech company. The individual will build the Talent Operations function from the ground up, designing systems and processes to scale the global team. Responsibilities include process architecture, program ownership (interview excellence, referrals, mobility), data and insights mastery for hiring decisions, TA growth and enablement, talent tech stack optimization (including AI-forward systems), and partnering with leadership on talent strategy. The role requires foundational experience in Talent Acquisition or People Operations, analytical acumen, operational excellence, a builder's mindset, and cross-functional influence. The company has over 1,000 customers and $100M+ ARR.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the design and implementation of scalable recruiting processes and governance. You will drive global standards while empowering local teams to maintain ownership and cultural relevance.
  2. Own and optimize critical programs, including interview excellence, employee referrals and internal mobility, to ensure a world-class candidate and interviewer experience.
  3. Transform how we influence hiring decisions by establishing clear KPIs and reporting. You will be responsible for upskilling the entire Talent team to ensure that we’re a data-driven organization.
  4. Directly enable the growth of our people by designing onboarding and continuous upskilling programs for the Talent team.
  5. Own our talent tech stack, focusing on the deep optimization of Ashby while identifying and integrating AI-forward systems to keep us at the cutting edge.
  6. partner with the People leadership team to build and enable our long-term talent strategy as we scale globally.
