Senior Manager, Technical Product Manager, AI within Innovative Medicine – Digital Platforms & Advanced Technology leads technical product teams delivering enterprise-grade, scalable, and compliant digital and AI-enabled solutions. This role collaborates closely with Business Product Owners, Software Engineering, Technology Services, Quality, and Compliance to define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives and regulatory standards. The Senior Manager is accountable for technical product strategy, backlog and delivery ownership, solution design oversight, value realization, and operational excellence, fostering innovation, data-driven decision-making, and strong governance in a highly regulated environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. In partnership with Business Product Owners and Software Engineering, define and own the technical product vision, AI strategy, and roadmap supporting Innovative Medicine priorities, aligned to strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes (e.g., compliance, efficiency, scalability).
  2. Lead and govern backlog refinement, quarterly planning, sprint execution, and release planning across multiple teams and product lines.
  3. Co-lead solution design and delivery for scalable, secure, enterprise-grade platforms, including data, analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled capabilities where applicable.
  4. Ensure all solutions meet regulatory, CSV, GxP, privacy, and security requirements, partnering closely with Quality, Regulatory, Legal, and Risk teams.
  5. Lead, coach, and develop managers and individual contributors within a matrixed organization.
