Seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Digital Labeling to maximize the value of technology products enabling digital labeling capabilities. This role involves defining and prioritizing the product backlog, translating needs into user stories, and ensuring delivery teams build the right capabilities with the right quality. The TPO will operate with significant autonomy, setting priorities, aligning outcomes to regulatory strategy, and ensuring releases deliver measurable improvements. The role serves as a senior individual contributor and people leader, partnering with various stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible, compliant, and deliver intended outcomes. Key responsibilities include shaping squad vision/roadmap, backlog prioritization, agile delivery, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement. The role also involves evaluating emerging technologies, including AI/GenAI, for regulatory use cases.

What you'd actually do

  1. Shape the squad vision/roadmap and steer delivery of product/platform capabilities oriented around business impact (e.g., submission efficiency, authority interactions, approvals)
  2. Shape and prioritize the backlog using customer and stakeholder needs; translate requirements into prioritized user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  3. Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories/features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency
  4. Accountable for shaping and hitting squad OKRs and for value delivery/value realization; partner with Product/Platform Management on business value, messaging, and stakeholder communications
  5. Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; facilitate and support release planning, sprint planning, demos, and refinement to optimize the flow of value

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline (Engineering, Math, Physics, IT)
  • 10+ years of progressive IT and business experience, including ownership of enterprise‑scale products or platforms
  • Proven experience leading multi‑team, multi‑vendor delivery in regulated (GxP) environments
  • Deep expertise in data platforms, API architecture/design, and cloud‑native technologies
  • Strong understanding of Global Regulatory Affairs, including Health Authority interactions, submissions, and approvals
  • Strong understanding of structured content authoring and FHIR implementation
