Senior Manager, Technical Program Management at DocuSign, responsible for leading a team of TPMs, establishing and growing the TPM presence in India, and driving complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product and Technology. The role requires strong people leadership, program execution, and operational rigor.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, coach, and develop a team of TPMs, including goal setting, performance management, mentoring, and career growth
  2. Establish and grow the TPM presence in the India Development Center, building a strong local foundation for the function
  3. Hire and onboard TPM talent in IDC, while shaping team structure, role clarity, and long term capability needs
  4. Serve as a visible leader in IDC, strengthening organizational connectivity and building strong partnerships across India and US based teams
  5. Drive complex, cross functional programs across product, platform, infrastructure, and operational domains with clear plans, milestones, dependencies, and accountability

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs across software, platform, infrastructure, or enterprise environments
  • Experience leading and mentoring program managers or cross functional contributors in technical organizations
  • Experience supporting globally distributed engineering organizations and delivery models
  • Experience driving large scale cross functional initiatives involving Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders
  • Experience supporting planning, prioritization, execution management, and delivery governance across multiple teams
  • Experience synthesizing data from multiple sources and presenting clear, actionable insights to leadership and execution teams
  • Experience curating program metrics and creating dashboards or scorecards for overall project health and progress
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
