What you'd actually do

  4. Recommend and lead large-scale technical programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to meet delivery goals
  5. Drive clarity and alignment on program scope, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in data analytics driving recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills to summarize data and align executive audiences.
  • Strong technical expertise in software and hardware systems design, cloud infrastructure, and service management framework.
  • Proven ability to partner with finance, legal, and procurement teams to drive improvements in overall execution.
  • Extensive experience in program management, including planning, and execution of complex technical programs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, quantitative methods, and leveraging insights to drive program success.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and driving continuous process improvements.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and prioritization frameworks.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills; able to craft executive-ready narratives.
