This role leads the development and operation of safety-critical technologies and analytics solutions, focusing on an Integrated Safety Data Platform. It involves managing technology development, reporting, and analytics, with a guidance towards using AI/ML where appropriate for predictive insights and performance alerting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead two functional areas through direct management of managers: Technology & Product Development and Reporting & Analytics.
  2. Lead the architecture and development of a new Integrated Safety Data Platform consolidating safety, operational, and compliance data to enable reporting, analytics, predictive insights, and performance alerting.
  3. Oversee the design, development, configuration, and commissioning of safety enabling technologies that improve safety outcomes and operational efficiency.
  4. Direct requirements definition, milestone planning, resource allocation, budgets, and cashflows to ensure timely and predictable delivery of initiatives.
  5. Lead analytics and reporting capabilities delivering executive dashboards, KPIs, compliance reporting, and leading/predictive indicators.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience across technology development, analytics, reporting, or related domains.
  • Demonstrated experience leading managers and multiple teams in a complex organization.
  • Experience delivering enterprise technology platforms and data‑driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, KPI development, and executive decision support.
  • Familiarity with modern data and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, ServiceNow, and data lake architectures).
  • Experience managing portfolios of projects, budgets, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or related field.
