This role focuses on defining and executing strategy to improve seller performance on Walmart's Marketplace, aiming to increase seller awareness of metrics, reduce defects, and accelerate growth. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and lead the end-to-end Seller Performance Enablement strategy, including vision, roadmap, and KPIs to improve seller outcomes and clearly communicate performance requirements and actions for improvement.
  2. Lead the design and launch of new initiatives, communications, and resources that increase seller engagement with performance metrics (e.g., defect rate awareness, policy adherence, fulfillment quality).
  3. Partner closely with Product, Business Operations, Analytics, and Marketing to ensure alignment on business needs and together drive the enablement strategy.
  4. Build and lead a high-performing team focused on seller enablement and performance improvement.
  5. Provide direction, coaching, and development opportunities that empower associates to bring their best selves to work while fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
