What you'd actually do

  1. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance Transactability and customer-facing availability in the eCommerce and Omnichannel space
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, understanding and applying principles of Walmart’s strategy to manage Transactability
  3. Leverage data and modeling to derive insights, handle large datasets, and identify trends that inform business strategy and decision-making
  4. Develop project plans and build business cases to pitch new ideas
  5. Translate complex business problems into Transactability requirements, formulating sustainable processes with an eye towards automation

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management
  • 5-8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles
  • Executive-level storyboarding and communication skills
