Senior Manager, TPO Global CRM for DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company. This role owns the global CRM product strategy and roadmap, partnering with commercial and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant CRM solutions. Key responsibilities include defining product vision, prioritizing capabilities, ensuring integrations, and managing the product lifecycle. The role also involves leading the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to enhance customer engagement, pricing, revenue optimization, and data-driven decision-making within commercial platforms. Requires 8-10 years of experience in technology product ownership, preferably with Salesforce.com CRM platforms, and experience in regulated industries is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and evolve the global CRM product strategy and roadmap, aligned to commercial priorities and business objectives.
  2. Serve as the primary product owner for CRM platforms, translating business needs into clear product requirements and backlog priorities.
  3. Partner with global and regional commercial stakeholders to ensure CRM capabilities support sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and analytics needs, and integrations with broader commercial functions (marketing automation, customer data)
  4. Lead cross‑functional collaboration with IT delivery teams, vendors, and architects to ensure high‑quality, on‑time product delivery.
  5. Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, and data‑driven decision‑making while driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales, marketing, and customer operations.

Skills

Required

  • 8-10 years of experience in technology product ownership or product management within enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong background supporting commercial or customer‑facing technologies, including SalesForce.com CRM platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into prioritized technology solutions.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders across regions and cultures.
  • Solid understanding of system integration, data, and enterprise application landscapes.
  • Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master’s) preferred.
  • Experience supporting global Salesforce.com implementations in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with Agile or product‑based delivery models.
  • Experience working with external technology vendors and system integrators.
  • Exposure to regulated industries such as medical devices or life sciences.
  • Product management, Agile, or SFDC‑related certifications preferred but not required.
