Senior Manager for Uber Eats NYC Key Accounts, responsible for managing a team of Account Managers focused on growing mid-market merchant revenue and value through partnerships and leveraging Uber Eats tools. This role involves strategic decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and client-facing engagement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of Account Managers responsible for driving merchant revenue and value on Uber Eats through deepening our partnerships, leveraging Uber Eats tools such as marketing and product adoption, as well as new and innovative initiatives.
  2. You will guide and coach your team in the following areas:
  3. Book of Business (BoB) Management.
  4. Upselling marketing portfolio.
  5. Drive Incremental Portfolio growth and investment overtime
