What you'd actually do

  1. Lead strategic engagements with key clients and partners that are critical to the success of Visa Direct’s domestic and cross border solutions.
  2. Management of multiple stakeholders and teams within Visa will be required to manage multiple sales opportunities across different areas of Financial Institution (Retail banking, treasury, business banking, wealth management…), create complex deal structures, negotiate, and close multiple deals simultaneously.
  3. The candidate will have direct engagement with clients.
  4. Look for new opportunities across different verticals and different regions.
  5. Aggregate and maintain a list of new opportunities as well as on-going deals

Skills

Required

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Expert in domestic and cross border payments and money movement solutions such as SWIFT, Wires, Local ACH and FX.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Critical thinker adept at problem-solving
  • Leadership abilities to influence, negotiate, close deals and drive results
  • Disciplined project management and organization skills
  • Aptitude to work with limited direction
  • Ability to work under pressure of tight timelines and frequent changes

Nice to have

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Having performed product management or sales or solutioning in the past.
