Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Compliance Leader (Level L) to lead parts of Boeing Commercial Airplane's **737 Manufacturing Compliance team **in Renton, Washington.
A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages employees and first-level managers performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in an Aerospace, Fabrication or Manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives and projects to meet business objectives and influence change
- 3+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment
- 3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives
- Ability to work any shift including weekends and overtime
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in coaching, guiding and mentoring teams
- 3+ years of experience using Quality Management System (QMS) and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
- 3+ years of experience of performing data analysis
- 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
- 3+ years of experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, compliance, quality and cost
