What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful access of company ‘s products in alignment with NRDL requirements, pricing setting up, price negotiating, and innovative access solutions.
  2. Prepare & submit HTA applications, ensuring compliance with local requirements and guidelines
  3. Build and maintain leaderships with key stakeholders/Health Authorities, including payers, regulatory bodies at national to hospital level, including KoL/HCPs
  4. Provide market insights to develop pricing strategies that meet access objectives while ensuring compliance with local regulations
  5. Can be the mentor to other junior Access Manager and leading the above brand projects/campaign/program.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 5 year of experience in market access, pricing, or related roles within pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiations with Authority entities
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Proficiency in market access tools, HTA framework, and economic modelling
  • English must be influenced
  • X-team collaboration are required
  • Familiarly with drug development process and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with Health economics and outcome research methodologies
  • In-dept knowledges of local health care system, reimbursement policies, price negotiation process, HTA applications

Nice to have

  • HTA/Public Health in additional are advanced
  • Good working relationship with Health Authorities is favorable
