This role is for a Senior Marketing Advisor at Workday, an AI platform company. The advisor will partner with the EMEA Marketing team to drive data-driven decisions, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and business performance. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in marketing principles, B2B Enterprise SaaS, and data visualization tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Synthesize complex data analyses into actionable business recommendations, driving data-based decisions and improvements
  2. Guide and advise on efforts to build, enhance, and consolidate our Global Portfolio of Analytics to provide insights for the Advisory team representing the specific interests of EMEA in the global business.
  3. Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to quickly answer critical business questions, anticipate future trends, and support strategic initiatives
  4. Provide expert guidance to the EMEA team, offering insights and perspective on data trends to optimize Marketing strategies and address performance challenges
  5. Perform discovery analyses to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Analytics and Finance roles
  • Proven expertise in marketing principles, practices, and strategies.
  • Deep understanding of Marketing and Sales principles, practices, and strategies in B2B Enterprise SaaS
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake, AWS, or similar systems
  • Proven proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau and/or Sigma) and SQL

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and data extraction
