Senior Marketing Analyst

This role is for a Senior Marketing Analyst at Vanta, a company focused on security and trust management. The analyst will partner with marketing teams to build and scale reporting capabilities, automate deliverables, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing ROI. They will collaborate with Data Engineering to influence the roadmap for datasets and will use SQL, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and data visualization tools. Experience with DBT is preferred, and Python/R is a bonus. The role is open to using AI tools to enhance their work.

What you'd actually do

  1. Function as analytics partner for a marketing team, building and scaling marketing reporting capabilities. These include sizing opportunities, establishing consistent tracking, KPIs, and dashboards, plus developing insights into campaign impact on milestones across the customer journey
  2. Automate operating review deliverables to drive source of truth consistency and reduce cycle time
  3. Enable key stakeholders on insights produced and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing efficiency, insights and impact
  4. Continue evolving our analytical capabilities through partnership with Data Engineering to influence roadmap and development of datasets
