This role is for a Senior Marketing Analyst at Capital One Software, focusing on driving marketing strategy, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data analysis. Responsibilities include acting as an analytical partner to leadership, developing measurement frameworks, analyzing campaign efficiency, implementing attribution models, overseeing data integration, and building executive dashboards. The role requires experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, data science, people management, data visualization tools, and Salesforce CRM.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the primary analytical partner for the Marketing and Sales leadership teams, providing data-driven recommendations that shape our overall B2B growth strategy.
  2. Develop and own the measurement framework for the customer journey for marketing campaigns —from initial brand awareness and lead generation to product trial and conversion.
  3. Analyze the efficiency of paid media, content marketing, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs.
  4. Implement and manage early stage multi-touch attribution (MTA) models to accurately credit value across long, complex B2B sales cycles.
  5. Oversee the integration of data between Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake, and BI tools (Tableau) to ensure a "Single Source of Truth” to track campaign effectiveness.
  6. Build and maintain executive-level dashboards that communicate the "story" behind the numbers for campaign results, making technical findings accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
