This role is for a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager who will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to transform unstructured product and operational data into dashboards, analyses, and interactive data experiences. The role involves data transformation, KPI development, ad-hoc reporting, and communicating insights through visualizations and presentations. While the role leverages AI tools and encourages AI fluency, its core function is marketing analytics and product insights, not direct AI/ML model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with marketing teams to identify data needs and translate them into structured analysis, dashboards, and interactive data stories using product and operational data.
  2. Transform unstructured and complex product datasets into clean, analysis-ready models through data transformation and preparation pipelines.
  3. Develop dashboards and analyses to surface business-critical KPIs and assess sales and marketing performance.
  4. Perform ad-hoc reporting and deep dives to uncover key insights across programs and initiatives to inform strategy and decision making.
  5. Communicate insights using data visualizations and presentations to a range of stakeholders.
