  3. Develop and operationalize personalization experiences across Visa.com using audience data, behavioral signals, and platform capabilities.
  4. Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools.
  5. Manage, coach, and develop one direct report providing clear goals, ongoing feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
