Senior Marketing Operations Analyst

This role focuses on building and maintaining marketing infrastructure, including martech stack integration, AI-powered workflows, and analytics/reporting. The goal is to reduce manual work and improve efficiency for the marketing team within an AI company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Grow, support and maintain the administration, configuration, and integration of our core martech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, Clay, Qualified, and others).
  2. Partner with the Marketing Operations Lead to design and build AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work across the marketing team.
  3. Support the build-out of dashboards and reporting infrastructure that give marketing leadership clear visibility into pipeline, campaign performance, and channel efficiency.
