What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee the administration, integration, and optimization of the marketing technology stack (e.g., Marketing Automation, CDP, Direct Mail, etc.) to ensure scalability and performance.
  2. Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including scoring models, routing logic, and hand-offs between Marketing and Sales (SDR/AE) to ensure no lead is left behind.
  3. Collaborate with Data Engineering and RevOps to maintain a clean, unified data ecosystem. Define and enforce data standards, enrichment processes, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA) rules.
  4. Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for campaign execution, ensuring consistent tracking, tagging, and attribution across all channels.
  5. Partner with the Analytics team to build and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance, pipeline attribution, and ROI, providing actionable insights to marketing stakeholders.
