This role focuses on building and expanding a cohesive metrics framework to track the buyer's journey and optimize marketing spend. It involves defining KPIs, attribution models, forecasting, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring data capture. The role also emphasizes driving the adoption of AI-driven insights for marketing decision-making.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Marketing Operations, Growth, and Demand Gen teams to define KPIs, performance frameworks, reporting hierarchies, and custom attribution models to determine marketing’s impact.
  2. Lead the annual and quarterly targets setting process. Use historical conversion data to build "reverse funnel" forecast models that tell us exactly how much traffic and lead volume is required to hit sales targets.
  3. Analyze the performance of integrated campaigns, comparing the high-touch ROI of field events against the high-volume efficiency of digital channels (SEM, Paid Social, Content Syndication).
  4. Move beyond dashboards to deliver executive-level narratives. You will present weekly updates, monthly/quarterly business reviews to Marketing and Sales leadership.
  5. Partner with Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, Information Technology, and Data Engineering to ensure instrumentation and capture of data (from Customer Relationship, Marketing Automation, Web, ABM, and other platforms) flows into trusted data sets in our data warehouse.
  6. Design A/B testing frameworks to measure impact of digital and event tactics and continuously improve marketing ROI.
  7. Drive the adoption of AI-driven, agentic insights across the marketing organization to enable faster, smarter decisions.
