Senior Marketing Project Manager at Chewy responsible for owning end-to-end timeline development, collaboration on scheduling, and managing workflow for Broadcast and Event-driven marketing campaigns. What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end project timeline and workflow execution forBroadcast and Event-driven marketing campaigns.
  2. Partner with Creative and Production leads to proactively manage creative readiness - ensuring briefs, inputs, decisions, approvals, and handoffs are progressing on time, escalating gaps in ownership or process when creative work is at risk.
  3. Lead intake and kickoff for assigned campaigns, partnering with Marketing, Program Management, Creative, Production, Post Production, and other key stakeholders to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  4. Build and manage detailed project plans that account for critical activities across campaign development, creative production, approvals, trafficking or delivery needs, event readiness, and launch execution.
  5. Drive alignment across cross-functional teams by establishing clear expectations, meeting cadences, status communications, and decisions needed throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing, broadcast, event, studio, or production workflows
  • Proven ability to define and own project plans, manage a complex workload, and translate business or campaign needs into executable plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with internal and external stakeholders to execute against shared goals, while influencing prioritization and resourcing, mitigating risk, and driving accountability across teams.
