Senior Merchant Operations Manager, Retail Integrations & Aggregators

This role focuses on managing and optimizing operations for aggregator merchant integrations within Uber Eats, aiming to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. It involves end-to-end ownership of operational workflows, building dashboards for performance monitoring, identifying friction points, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and scalability of partnerships.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end operational workflows post-partnership (i.e., account creation, storefront configuration, and integration QA)
  2. Build dashboards and tracking to monitor merchant and aggregator performance
  3. Maximize GMV and merchant success from aggregator channels
  4. Reduce time to get new merchants live via integrations
  5. Partner with Product, Business Development, and Integrations teams to translate partnership agreements into operational reality

Skills

Required

  • 5 years of professional experience in a related field (GTM strategy, analytics, tech, operations)
  • Proficiency within Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proficiency within SQL
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proficiency within AI tools with experience utilizing for data automation, business planning and more
  • Previous experience with managing complex data sets
