Senior Mid-market Growth Account Executive, Uber for Business, Colombia

Uber Uber · Consumer · Bogota, Colombia · Sales & Account Management

This is a Senior Mid-Market Growth Account Executive role at Uber for Business in Colombia. The role focuses on architecting growth strategies for complex, high-potential accounts, driving adoption of Uber's product suite (Eats, Central, Vouchers), leading negotiations for renewals and expansions, and using data for forecasting and identifying churn risks. It requires strong B2B sales and account management experience, stakeholder management, and strategic planning. While Uber is an AI company, this role is in sales and does not involve building or directly working with AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and aggressively grow a portfolio of Uber’s most strategically important mid-market accounts, identifying not just the obvious wins, but the complex, high-impact opportunities others miss.
  2. Influence and align multiple senior stakeholders across disparate departments to drive adoption of the full Uber product suite (Eats, Central, Vouchers, etc.).
  3. Drive complex contract renewals and expansions with a value-capture mindset, navigating pricing pushbacks and internal legal/operations hurdles to close deals that scale.
  4. Use data and market expertise to forecast with precision, identify churn risks before they happen, and prioritize your time against the highest-value activities.
  5. Collaborate across Product, Operations, and Marketing to unblock technical barriers and shape the future of the U4B platform based on your clients' real-world feedback.
