Senior Named Account Executive, Nordics

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Named Account Executive for the Nordics region. This role is focused on selling Cloudflare's security, performance, and reliability solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be a "builder" and "hunter" with experience in B2B enterprise sales, a strong network in the Swedish market, and technical literacy in Cloud, Security, and internet infrastructure. The role involves owning a territory, developing a strategy, identifying new business opportunities, translating technical capabilities into value propositions, and managing contract negotiations. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and execute a comprehensive territory plan.
  2. Identify, qualify, and capture new Enterprise business across the Nordics.
  3. Translate Cloudflare’s powerful technical capabilities into compelling value propositions that solve real-world problems for your clients.
  4. Lead contract negotiations and manage the full cycle of the sales process.
  5. Develop long-term, strategic relationships.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of direct B2B experience selling into Enterprise/Large-scale organizations.
  • A strong, established network within the Swedish market.
  • Professional-level proficiency in both Swedish and English (Norwegian is a plus)
  • A deep understanding of Cloud, Security, and how the internet actually functions.
  • You know how to tailor your message, whether you're talking to a CTO or a procurement lead.
