This role is for a Senior National Account Manager at Amazon's Ring and Blink division, focusing on driving retail growth through strategic account management and leveraging AI/ML tools for sales analysis, trend prediction, and inventory optimization. What you'd actually do

  1. General sales account management for large to small retail accounts; escalate to leadership on key issues and proactively plan towards and communicate on business milestones.
  2. Own the transition planning, promotional strategy and marketing planning across retailers.
  3. Leverage AI and machine learning tools to analyze sales data, predict market trends, and optimize inventory management across retail channels while fostering retail relationships
  4. Partner with internal teams on strategic business planning, including channel marketing, inventory forecasting and sales operations to effectively grow our retailer accounts.
  5. Drive the adoption of AI-enabled customer behavior analytics to optimize product placement and promotional strategies, creating business cases for expanded SKU count with retail partners.

Skills

Required

  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
  • Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
  • Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal
