Senior Network Engineer to develop and manage a cloud network infrastructure supporting NVIDIA's software development workflows and tools, including CI/CD, compute resource management, and developer productivity tools. The role requires expertise in L3 underlay networks, large-scale network design, implementation, and automation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the overall architecture and design of our cloud network infrastructure including intra-DC, inter-DC, Corp IT, and Internet connectivity
  2. Implement, manage and troubleshoot entire network stacks.
  3. Automate network infrastructure end-to-end including provisioning, management and monitoring.

Skills

Required

  • Large scale IP Networking Technologies and protocols (MP-BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VRF, VxLAN, EVPN, QoS, GRE, IPSEC, DNS, MACsec)
  • Peering and Datacenter interconnect technologies (PNI, Transit, Exchange, Passive DWDM, Wave circuits)
  • Python/Shell scripting for automation
  • Network virtualization (VRFs, VXLAN)
  • Arista, Cumulus OS, Fortinet OS
  • Underlay network expertise
  • Experience architecting, building, and deploying large-scale networks (1000s of machines)
  • High performance network and network optimization
  • 8+ years of network experience
  • Experience with Arista switches

Nice to have

  • Hands-on background with building tooling and automation for provisioning, monitoring, and managing the network infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing networks at scale, such as automated deployments (e.g., ZTP)
