This role focuses on the strategic supply network development and cost management of Anduril's product hardware throughout its lifecycle. The Senior NPI Sourcing Engineer will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing) to drive supplier selection, accelerate product development through various engineering activities, manage manufacturing BOMs, and lead cost engineering efforts to optimize total cost of ownership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct supplier selection for a specific product, leveraging our approved supplier list
  2. Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development via activities such as:
  3. Drive the development and consolidation of a manufacturing BOM, working with Quality & Manufacturing, to ramp production internally and with our suppliers with high flexibility
  4. Manage the CAPEX throughout NPI
  5. Conduct value-stream mapping to optimize supply network lead time and flexibility
