What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Easton office, creating a professional, welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
  2. Oversee daily operations including front desk coverage, employee support, facilities coordination, vendor management, and issue resolution to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace.
  3. Support a high-volume office environment by effectively prioritizing competing requests and maintaining strong operational consistency throughout the day.
  4. Manage pantry, catering, and supply programs, ensuring consistent quality and anticipating employee needs.
  5. Plan and execute onsite logistics for meetings, events, and team gatherings, coordinating setup, teardown, and A/V readiness.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, administration, hospitality, events, or a related field
  • Proven ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proven ability to stay organized, prioritize workload, and execute tasks with great attention to detail.
  • Confident, positive demeanor and ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization.
  • Experienced knowledge of Google Suite.
