Senior Onboarding Specialist - German Speaker

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist who is a German speaker to welcome new customers post-sale and ensure a positive initial experience. This role focuses on helping customers achieve rapid time to value and build a strong knowledge foundation for future growth with Salesforce products. The specialist will act as a trusted advisor, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and guide initial onboarding conversations. The ideal candidate is passionate, customer-centric, results-oriented, and agile in a dynamic environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Become a Salesforce subject-matter expert for specific Salesforce products focusing on accelerating the initial "time to value" for new customers
  2. Be the customer’s first point of contact post-sale and welcome them warmly into the ecosystem
  3. Deliver virtual 1:1 engagements to educate and empower our customers to achieve business value using the Salesforce Customer 360 Suite of Products
  4. Use consulting skills to uncover initial business use cases and objectives, setting the stage for long-term customer success.
  5. Provide relevant recommendations specific to customers’ business needs
