What you'd actually do

  1. Project manage all active litigation and regulatory matters, ensuring execution and response within deadline
  2. Review new actual and threatened litigation matters and draft summaries to counsel providing information such as the nature of the case, causes of action alleged, and preliminary recommendations
  3. Implement and maintain matters in our matter management system LawVu
  4. Support the eDiscovery Lead in administering legal holds, including custodian tracking and compliance follow-up
  5. Liaise among outside counsel, Legal team, and internal clients to translate requests, conduct fact-finding, and retrieve relevant information or documents
