Senior Partner Enablement Manager

This role is for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager at Snyk, a company focused on secure AI software development. The primary responsibility is to create and own the partner enablement strategy for Snyk's global partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth. This involves developing enablement and certification plans, tracking program success, and leveraging scalable content creation approaches. The role requires experience in partner/channel enablement and understanding successful partner programs, with a preference for experience in DevOps, technical documentation, and virtual lab environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Create and own the partner enablement strategy for our global partner ecosystem (Channel, GSI, Cloud Co-sell) to drive revenue growth.
  2. Work closely with Snyk Partner teams, Customer Success, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Sales leaders to drive enablement activities for our global partners.
  3. Develop and build enablement and certification plans in partnership with Snyk Partner teams.
  4. Track the success of training programs and certifications, identify gaps, and continuously improve these programs.
  5. Leverage scalable approaches to content creation and enablement frameworks to efficiently package technical and implementation product information.

Skills

Required

  • Partner/Channel or Partner Enablement experience (5+ years)
  • Experience working with a variety of channel, service, technology alliance, and cloud partners
  • Understanding of successful partner programs and the required technical training and certifications
  • Excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in a Partner Enablement or Technical Enablement role
  • Background in DevOps and/or Open Source software
  • Experience writing technical documentation
  • Experience building experiential learning programs using virtual lab environments
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
