This role is for a Senior Partner Manager at Workday, focusing on managing relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) like PwC, Deloitte, and Accenture. The primary responsibility is to shape and execute joint strategies with these partners to drive Workday's growth, focusing on their AI-native solutions for Finance, HR, and planning. The role involves building annual plans, driving pipeline and revenue, ensuring partner enablement, and managing partner performance through business reviews. It requires strong partner sales experience, strategic planning, and stakeholder management within complex, matrixed environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own annual GSI plans for the assigned region to support overall regional and in‑country growth objectives, working in tight alignment with Partner Executives and country leadership.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder map within each GSI, within and beyond the Workday practice
  3. Drive a structured enablement agenda and deep stakeholder understanding for each GSI especially on FINs and AI-first solutions
  4. Assess and strengthen the health of each GSI’s Workday practice in the region
  5. Outline investment areas per GSI and secure alignment on joint investment plans
