This role is for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at dbt Labs, a company focused on analytics engineering and data transformation. The role involves leading co-marketing initiatives with technology partners to amplify dbt's reach and drive growth within the modern data stack and AI use cases. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop joint messaging, create marketing assets, and manage GTM plans. While the company leverages AI and its platform supports AI use cases, the role itself is in marketing, not directly building AI models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, programs, events, and activities with strategic technology partners.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Revenue Marketing, Partnerships, and Product Marketing teams to ensure GTM partner plans align with dbt Labs’ broader business goals.
  3. Build and nurture relationships with marketing counterparts at key partners like Snowflake, Google, AWS, Microsoft, and Databricks to align on co-marketing efforts and shared objectives.
  4. Clearly articulate the value of dbt to partners and support them in promoting the platform internally and to their customer base.
  5. Own the development of joint messaging and co-branded assets—including blogs, webinars, solution briefs, and presentation decks—ensuring alignment and consistency across all public-facing content.
