The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of marketing programs across 1Password's ecosystem, including Channel Partners, Strategic Alliances, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role involves owning partner communications, crafting messaging, managing content, executing co-marketing programs, and measuring ROI to drive pipeline and revenue through global and regional partnerships. The company serves over 180,000 businesses, including AI companies, and offers Unified Access Management for secure adoption of SaaS and AI tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end communication roadmap for all partner types. This includes collaborating closely with Corporate Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Strategic Operations, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, and Sales to design and execute the partner communications program inclusive of critical product updates, executive-level ecosystem announcements, partner program information, and strategic initiatives.
  2. Craft compelling narratives tailored to different partner personas, ensuring the 1Password value proposition resonates across various business models.
  3. Act as the editor-in-chief for partner marketing content that is published on the Partner Portal and other mediums, ensuring all sales plays, marketing toolkits, and technical resources are current, high-quality, and easy to navigate. This content will include assets that help Solution Providers, Distributors, Alliances, and Managed Service Providers integrate 1Password into their marketing and sales motions.
  4. Build and execute integrated co-marketing programs, including digital campaigns, webinars, field events, and account-based marketing (ABM) aligned to Sales, Product, and Marketing growth initiatives.
  5. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner engagement and communication effectiveness, reporting impact to executive leadership. The work you will design, build, and deploy will increase partner sourced opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years in B2B marketing
  • at least 4 years specifically dedicated to partner marketing or ecosystem communications within a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environment
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills
  • Proven success in building marketing programs that cater to the unique needs of Alliances, Channel Resellers, and MSPs
  • Strategic Thinker
