Senior Partner Operations Analyst

This role supports the operational backbone of Glean's partner business, focusing on systems, insights, and operational support to reduce friction in the partner sales process and improve visibility. Responsibilities include supporting and improving partner systems (like Salesforce), managing partner deal workflows, and building partner reporting and dashboards.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support and improve partner systems, including Salesforce, partner workflows, and related operational processes.
  2. Help run partner deal workflows, including quoting, approvals, order flow, and marketplace or co-sell transactions.
  3. Build and maintain partner reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and ad hoc analysis to improve pipeline visibility and decision-making.
  4. Support partner intake and deal registration processes while working cross-functionally with Partner Managers, Sales Ops, Finance, and Systems.

Skills

Required

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Business Systems, or a similar GTM operations role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, plus familiarity with Revenue Cloud / CPQ and partner transaction workflows.
  • Experience with partner-facing systems or PRM tools, along with strong reporting and dashboarding skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across globally distributed teams.

Nice to have

  • Comfort using modern AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus; experience with cloud marketplace motions, partner attribution, or Salesforce administration is preferred.
