What you'd actually do

  1. Own the partner pipe gen and partner business growth responsibility of the RCG segment
  2. Enable partners to become market-ready through structured GTM programs, capability development, and joint solution positioning aligned to segment priorities.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, aligning the right partners, support the sales-cycle and jointly close the business
  4. Align with the key segment stakeholders on value drivers and with key partners execs
  5. Drive implementation success across the segment by ensuring partner readiness, delivery quality, and alignment to customer outcomes.

Skills

Required

  • 14-18 years of experience across alliances & channels, sales, Salesforce consulting, or advisory roles
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across organizations
  • Ability to think strategically and develop compelling plans for new initiatives
  • Experience working with or managing partners, alliances, or channel relationships
  • Track record of driving GTM programs and partner-led growth
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce technology and SaaS, PaaS, and aPaaS markets
  • Strong execution focus with a balance of strategy and operations
