What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver CoE services to partners to enable and cultivate partner practice growth.
  2. Support partner in critical complex pursuits and deployments.
  3. Drive ongoing efficiency and quality improvement related to mature services.
  4. Build and lead Partner CoE standard processes, deployment related documentation, presentations and pre-configuration.
  5. Be an authority in Workday Absence & Time Tracking products and deployment approaches.

Skills

Required

  • Experience as a consultant implementing Workday
  • Workday experience in Absence, Time Tracking, or Scheduling
  • Ability to solve business challenges through the application of planning, reporting and analytics tools
  • Deploying multiple concurrent projects
  • Driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Knowledge of business process improvement methods and standards
