This role is for a Senior Partner Program Manager at ZoomInfo, a company that provides a Go-To-Market Intelligence Platform with AI-ready insights. Responsibilities include leading high-visibility strategic programs, partner recruitment, defining success metrics, analyzing key metrics, and handling administrative functions related to partner programs. The role requires 5+ years of Partner Program management experience, data-driven decision-making, and strong relationship-building skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with sales leadership and partnerships management, delivery and account teams to ensure the proper program elements, resources, and processes are put in place to support partner program success.
  2. Lead program management of high-visibility strategic programs, which includes designing a decision framework, executing strategy, and building a roadmap
  3. Work collaboratively with Partners and internal ZoomInfo teams to develop repeatable frameworks
  4. Play an active role in contributing to the evolution of ZoomInfo’s overall partner program and strategy
  5. Play a key role in partner recruitment and selection, engaging with strategic partners to ensure alignment and fast time-to-value.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of Partner Program management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a confirmed capacity to build positive relationships, manage partners to defined goals and objectives, and close business with partners
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Must be self-motivated, have strong self-management skills and should demonstrate basic leadership qualities
