The Senior Partner Manager is responsible for owning and scaling high-impact partner relationships to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role leads partner strategy and execution across defined segments or products, working cross-functionally to deliver sustained business impact through partner-led initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and manage strategic partner relationships, leading co-marketing efforts and ensuring partners are enabled to successfully market Deel
  2. Identify priority industries, partner profiles, and markets for expansion, and lead the development of new partnerships
  3. Ideate, launch, and optimise co-marketing campaigns with clear performance goals
  4. Scale, nurture, and optimise partnerships beyond launch, identifying new revenue opportunities
  5. Own and manage partnerships' P&L, forecasting performance and optimising ROI

Skills

Required

  • Proficient in spoken and written English with strong analytical skills
  • Strong copywriting and campaign execution experience
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • 3–5 years in partnerships, sales, or business development roles

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR or Fintech, or at a fast-growing startup, is a plus
  • Experience working in a remote, distributed team is a plus
