What you'd actually do

  1. Work directly with vendors to implement new payment methods and troubleshoot existing ones.
  2. Provide clear communication to partners regarding launches and issue resolution.
  3. Reconcile transactions on a monthly basis.
  4. Troubleshoot any internal and external payment related issues stemming from our platformDemonstrates comprehensive understanding of financial systems, databases, and reporting tools; provides oversight as needed.
  5. Audit data outputs and ensures accuracy using various financial systems.

Skills

Required

  • Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
  • 6+ years of professional experience
  • Presentation skills with a variety of audiences including, but not limited to, senior leadership.
  • Vendor relationship management experience
  • Demonstrated time management skills, including experience with prioritization of tasks and maintaining deliverable timelines.
  • High attention to detail in the context of quality assurance and peer review
  • Strong customer service, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Technical Skills (ERP systems, Excel)
