This role is for a Senior Payroll and Equity Analyst responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll and equity operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting financial reporting and audits. The role involves administering stock options and RSUs, maintaining cap table accuracy, and collaborating with various teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a subject matter expert for end-to-end payroll operations
  2. Support the accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly, bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls, such as sales compensation, bonus and termination payrolls
  3. Review and reconcile payroll data including earnings, deductions, tax withholdings, and garnishments
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
  5. Support the day-to-day administration of the company's equity compensation programs, including stock options and restricted stock units (RSUs)
