Senior Pcb Designer, High-speed Digital

Anduril Anduril · Defense · Costa Mesa, CA · Hardware Engineering : Electrical Engineering : PCB Design

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior PCB Designer to create high-reliability, manufacturable printed circuit board designs for their products. The role involves high-speed digital, analog, and RF designs, establishing internal guidelines, and developing team processes. Requires 5+ years of experience, expertise in PCB layout techniques, schematic interpretation, Altium Designer, component libraries, high-speed digital layout for complex boards, and signal/power integrity principles.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work directly with engineers to produce printed circuit board designs supporting all Anduril’s products
  2. Apply modern design standards and guidelines to create high-reliability, highly manufacturable assemblies
  3. Implement combinations of high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designs
  4. Lead the team in establishing internal guidelines for design for manufacturing (DFM) and quality fabrication and assembly outputs
  5. Develop and refine team processes for PCB design, part creation, and library/database standards
