Senior People Business Partner

This role is not AI-related as it is a People Business Partner role supporting GTM, Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps leadership. The core craft is HR/People operations, not AI/ML model development or deployment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary People partner to the GTM leadership team - Sales, CS, Marketing and RevOps - attending staff meetings and acting as a true thinking partner on org strategy, talent, and performance
  2. Support additional business functions as part of a broader PBP remit in partnership with your direct manager, bringing consistent people practices and partnership quality across all client groups
  3. Partner with leaders and managers on the day-to-day work of running healthy organizations - hiring, onboarding, performance differentiation, and manager development
  4. Coach managers through performance conversations, organizational change, and the everyday hard parts of running a team well
  5. Lead complex employee relations matters end-to-end with the documentation rigor and judgment those calls require

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience
  • at least 4 years in a true Business Partner capacity
  • Significant experience partnering with GTM, Sales, or revenue-focused organizations inside a SaaS or recurring-revenue business
  • A background that includes at least one deep tech, engineering-first company
  • Comfort holding a broad remit
  • Track record running complex employee relations matters
  • Strong people analytics instincts
  • Multi-state US employment law fluency at a senior PBP level
  • Experience working in a remote-first or distributed company
