Senior People Business Partner

Plaid is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership. This role will focus on employee relations, conducting investigations, and elevating performance management. The partner will also design and scale HR programs to support GTM functions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conducts thorough investigations and delivers equitable resolutions for employee complaints
  2. Serves as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on complex employee relations and performance management practices.
  3. Analyzes trends from employee check-ins, engagement surveys, and workforce data to identify opportunities for organizational improvement.
  4. Defines, clarifies, and communicates people policies to ensure consistency and transparency across the organization.
  5. Partners with HRBP leadership and senior stakeholders to design and execute tailored HR initiatives that support functional business goals.
