Senior People Business Partner for the Tech organization, focusing on partnering with leaders to drive people strategy, org design, talent decisions, and execute People programs to support growth and team effectiveness.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coach leaders and managers to improve team effectiveness, performance, and employee experience
  2. Partner on people strategy, including org design, workforce planning, and team development
  3. Advise on employee relations matters, including performance, behavior, and investigations, partnering with employment legal as needed
  4. Drive core people programs & processes (compensation, performance cycles, talent planning) for your org
  5. Partner with COEs (L&D, Total Rewards, People Ops) to shape and deliver effective programs

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior (VP/GM+) Engineering, Product, or broader technical leaders in a remote or distributed environment
  • strong partnership mindset and ability to build trust across leaders, managers, and employees
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments with a track record of being proactive, action-oriented, and iterative
  • Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive situations
  • Clear and effective communication in a remote-first environment
  • Strong prioritization skills and a consistent connection to business goals
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data to inform decisions
