What you'd actually do

  1. Serves of first point of contact to Boxers and managers for policy/procedure questions, HRIS inquiries, on-boarding and off-boarding and other range of generalist activities.
  2. Effectively manages inquiries and is able to resolve escalated concerns with little guidance or direction.
  3. Assist with employee relations counseling, performance management, coaching and exit interviewing.
  4. Build effective relationships with business leaders, internal support teams, and other key stakeholders to enable effective implementation of HR plans and programs, while ensuring programs are aligned with overall business strategy and goals.
  5. Support roll out of global People Ops programs as well as recommend and implement continuous process improvements.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferably in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of broad HR knowledge especially Operations area such as social insurances, pension, leave of absence and so on.
  • Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities and excellent problem solving ability.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
  • There are no issues with maintaining confidentiality.
  • Team worker

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday, JIRA, Excel are +
