This role is for a Senior People Operations Manager at Crusoe, an AI infrastructure company. The role focuses on designing and optimizing People processes, ensuring data integrity across HR systems (HCM, ATS, Payroll), managing headcount tracking, and facilitating cross-functional partnerships. The ideal candidate is a systems-thinker with strong data rigor and process engineering skills, experienced in HRIS/ATS platforms and workforce operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the design of core People processes end-to-end — documenting how they work, identifying where they break down, and driving improvements that scale.
  2. Serve as the company’s first line of defense for People data quality.
  3. Partner with internal stakeholders to design and operationalize change management plans for new programs, policy updates, and process transitions.
  4. Maintain and evolve our headcount tracking systems to ensure real-time accuracy across the employee lifecycle.
  5. Serve as the operational connective tissue between People Ops, People Tech, Finance, Recruiting, and IT.
